At the center of Vivi’s is owner Billy Koenig. After years of managing a beloved local bakery, Billy took a leap of faith and transformed that earlier venture into what is now Vivi’s Cakes and Candy. The name honors his daughter, Vivi — a reminder of family, creativity, and the happiness that a single sweet treat can bring. Billy’s passion for baking and his commitment to community shape everything we do, from the recipes we perfect to the connections we make with every customer.
